Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that supports physical, emotional and spiritual balance and is helpful for relaxation, stress relief and overall well-being.
Originating in Japan, the word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning Universal, and Ki, meaning life force energy.
Reiki is based on the belief that life force energy flows through all living things, and when this energy becomes blocked or depleted, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances. Reiki supports the natural flow of energy, helping the body and mind regain balance and alignment.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on practice that encourages deep relaxation, eases stress, and can lift mood, creating space for emotional well-being. By promoting calm and harmony, it helps you reconnect with yourself and your inner balance.


Originally from England, I came to Canada in my twenties for a summer job and ended up meeting my husband. We’ve since made our home in Kitchener-Waterloo.
I discovered Reiki after becoming a mum and later leaned on it deeply during my journey through stage 2 breast cancer.
Reiki helped me stay calm, centred, and clear during treatment, and it inspired me to continue my studies through to the Usui Reiki Master level.
Today, I offer in-person sessions in Waterloo and distance Reiki worldwide, along with volunteer work at HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre. My goal is to help others find calm, balance, and support in their daily lives.
Outside of Reiki, I love spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Luna.
